Delivering through Newham’s Change Up Partnership, we are searching for 2 Capacity Building workers to take forward a challenging agenda. Working in London’s most diverse borough with some of the most marginalised communities, you will have the opportunity to help organisations to develop and sustain their organisations by delivering a coordinated programme of capacity building and training.

Candidates will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in capacity building, excellent communication skills and an ability to think outside the box and to use their initiative.
