An interactive NAVCA seminar in collaboration with VSNW for local infrastructure organisations specialist equalities organisations voluntary and community groups.
Local authorities are required to conduct Equalities Impact Assessments (EIAs) as part of the Local Area Agreement. This seminar will explore how public law principles can be applied to EIAs, and discuss how to involve third sector organisations and communities to make sure EIAs address their concerns
