Mycommunityspace Website Launch

Mycommunityspace have launched an exciting new website full of practical help and advice on key issues like leases, health and safety, volunteers, employing staff, maintenance and running costs for community and voluntary sector organisations

Mycommunityspace is a place for community and voluntary sector organisations to find or advertise premises for hire, whether you run and rent out space in a building or need to find a base for your activities.

Mycommunityspace also connects you to a network of community property experts offering free or low-cost services, and brings together the right premises-related training and events for you.

To view the website and leave feedback please visit www.mycommunityspace.org.uk or email mycommunityspace@communitymatters.org.uk

Newham Women’s Organisations and Group Survey

Newham Action Against Domestic Violence and other women’s organisations are working with the Women’s Resource Centre on a research project about how women’s voluntary organisations can engage and influence decisions at a local level.

This survey is to help us better understand what kinds of tools and support women’s groups in Newham need to enable them to engage with local partnerships and bodies and to influence their local priorities.

To take part in this survey please visit http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/G7QBQTD
