In Work Support
Mind’s In Work Support Service is aimed at anyone employed or self-employed that is experiencing emotional issues or mental health problems affecting their work.
The service can help with:
- Pinpointing the issues;
- Discussing options and the different strategies to implement them;
- Confidence building and coping strategies;
- Communication techniques;
- Working with the client to make adjustments to working hours or tasks;
- Planning and organising a safe and gradual return to work;
- Implementing reasonable adjustments or actions;
- Mediation between employer and employee;
- Signposting to additional services if required e.g. counseling.
