Gain is an acronym for Governance, Access, Inclusion and Networking. It is a board development programme aimed at disabled people and individuals from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic groups, covered by section 37(a) of the Race Relations Act 1976. Gain helps with recruitment, training and support for boards of arts or sports organisations in London and aims to increase diversity of board membership.
