We have a great opportunity for your choir (or a local choir you are aware of) to perform here at Westfield Stratford City in the lead up to Christmas. There is no payment available but it would be great exposure for you to perform at Europe’s largest shopping centre.

We have space on the following dates:
Monday 5 – Sunday 11 December – Located on the first floor bridge near M&S
Monday 12 – Sunday 18 December – Located on The Street – near Jamie’s Italian and adjacent to our ice rink
Monday 19 – Saturday 23 December – Located on the First Floor near John Lewis FE1

Performances will be at 1pm and 6pm every day. However may vary depending on your choirs availability.

Choirs can perform for a maximum of 2 hours or as little as 20 minutes.

All performances will be without backing music and must be performed a capella.

A couple of you have asked if it’s possible to take people’s details whilst the performances are happening for promotional purposes. No data capture can be carried out in the mall.

Please send me the date and time that suits you. We may need to negotiate if several of you go for the same dates.

Lastly find attached a release form that needs to be signed on behalf children under the age of 16 performing in the choir and returned to enable us to take photos on the day. We’d love to promote the choirs in the press and on our social media, hence the requirement for photos. Should you not wish to have your photos taken, it won’t prohibit you performing.

I look forward to hosting you here. Feel free to bring along friends, family, colleagues, students and supporters. The bigger the crowds the better!
