Fundamental is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary agency based in the heart of the Olympic developments which is passionate about children and young people’s engagement in the built environment. Our key contract is the Legacy Youth Panel a group of 14 – 19 year olds from the six Host boroughs which we run on behalf of the Olympic Park Legacy Company. A unique opportunity has arisen for a creative, energetic, participation expert to join our small busy dedicated team. The post requires a proven track record of working directly with young people from a wide range of backgrounds together with excellent project management skills and a flexible approach to working.</p>

<p>Community Links Bromley (CLB) has been advising and supporting the local voluntary organisations and community groups of Bromley since 1965. They support, promote and facilitate the development of a confident and effective voluntary and community sector. With well developed links to the Local Authority and Health sector and robust finances, CLB are in a strong position to continue to improve the quality of life for people and their communities.<br />
The Director will lead the organisation, ensuring it is fit for purpose and has a diverse range of funding to secure new opportunities for CLB and the Voluntary and Community sector (V&#038;CS) as a whole. Equally important will be the need to build effective communication channels and relationships with constituents and to further develop and maintain strong working relationships with statutory sector partners and other key organisations/individuals.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have significant senior management experience coupled with knowledge of 2nd tier organisations. Able to demonstrate a successful track record of strategic and change management, you will have negotiated and influenced a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. A strong track record in developing projects and raising income to sustain them is required and you will need excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.</p>
<p>Most importantly you will have high levels of drive, commitment and energy with a passion and commitment to the aims and objectives of CLB.</p>
<p>CLB is based in the centre Bromley with good transport links.</p>
