Neighbourhood Renewal Community Chest and Community Learning Chest

Regretfully the fund is considerably over-subscribed; around three times the money available has been asked for. Having said that applications submitted by September will be assessed in the last quarter of the financial year (Jan to March); this will be the very last pot of money for Community Chest and Community Learning Chest.
